My coaching involves helping clients reach their goals through behavior change based mostly on process goals instead of outcome goals.
I work best with clients who are not solely interested in scale weight loss but in developing healthy habits regardless of body composition changes. I work best with adults.
I follow a weight-neutral approach to coaching, and I believe in body autonomy. I coach using a flexible eating mindset with the hopes of behavior change leading to sustainable health habit formation.
