Contribution Percentage: 91-100 Description of Contribution Role: As an undergraduate and Master’s student, I assisted with data collection in both the Nicotine Dependence in Teens and AdoQuest studies. As a Doctoral student, I helped incorporate new material on exergaming into both studies. Finally, in collaboration with my PhD supervisors, Dr. Tracie Barnett and Dr. Lisa Kakinami, I conducted all statistical analyses and prepared the manuscripts included herein for submission. Funding for the NDIT study was provided by the Canadian Cancer Society. Funding for the AdoQuest study was provided by the Canadian Tobacco Control Research Initiative and the Institut national de santé publique du Québec. Investigating the relationships among depression and anxiety symptoms, self-esteem and physical activity in women treated for breast cancer: a pilot study comparing two physical activity interventions. Supervisor: Catherine Sabiston Contribution Percentage: 91-100 Description of Contribution Role: In collaboration with my supervisor, I applied for ethics, designed the study, designed the questionnaire, collected all the data, analyzed the data, wrote the dissertation and a follow-up report for the participants. Specifically, EOL and CS developed the objectives, designed the study, obtained ethics approval, developed the questionnaires, analyzed and interpreted the data, and wrote the manuscript. EOL supervised data collection, recruited participants, coordinated implementation of the intervention, and reviewed the literature.
