ADOQUEST & PromeSS II PROJECTS
I am also a research coordinator at the Centre de recherche du Centre Hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CRCHUM), where I work on two major youth health projects. The first, AdoQuest, aims to understand how modifiable lifestyle behaviours—like physical activity, nutrition, and substance use—co-occur and evolve from adolescence into adulthood. I also contribute to Project PromeSS, which evaluates the availability, equity, and implementation of school-based health-promoting interventions across Quebec, with a focus on how these programs support student well-being in areas such as physical activity, mental health, and nutrition.
